At Paleo Treats® we're big believers in doing your own thing; employee autonomy is a strong contributor to our success. As part of that, we divide our giving between all of us equally (employees and owners) and allow each person to support the 1% non-profit partner they want using a share of company profits. Other than making sure the partner is 1% approved, we don't place any restrictions on where to give.
