Beauty and Paleo Treats

I've heard it more than once:  "Why do you have a graphic artist on staff?  You're a cookie company!"

In a world that made sense (and was purely in pursuit of money) we'd have to agree that it might not make sense to be so graphic heavy.  However, for the world that we live in, where the values of Quality, Beauty, and Joy reign supreme, it's really important for us to constantly be putting out beautiful things in the world, and having people who can help us do that makes it much easier.

Here's an example of our latest "Paleo beauty" creation.                      

It's not a huge piece of art (it's a banner ad we use), but it's pretty damn cool to look at.  Simple, clean, a background of monochrome with the Cacao Now in the forefront.  

Could we have used the same image of the Cacao Now we started with in 2009?  Sure.  Would it be as beautiful?  Probably not, although beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

At the end of the day, the decision we made for Paleo Treats was to elevate the vision of Paleo desserts to the next level.
