Humans of Paleo: Cain Credicott

Cain Credicott

What brought you to eating Paleo/clean?

A Celiac diagnosis and the search to heal my gut.

What has been the toughest part?

Getting other people to understand that for me, the change has been due to medical necessity, not chasing the latest “fad”.

What has been the easiest part?

Dropping nasty foods.

What is the most satisfying part?

Being part of a fast-growing community of like-minded people hell bent on living healthier, happier lives.

One piece of advice to someone starting Paleo?

Use other people’s opinions/successes/failures as guidelines only - listen to your body and do what works for you.

Never leave the house without:

My puppy - she’s my shadow and goes everywhere with me.

What is your exercise regime:

3 times per week in the gym and getting outside as much as humanly possible.
