This is an Add-On, which means you must also have at least a dozen Paleo Treats in your cart to check out.
Ingredients: Tapioca flour, coconut flour, Italian seasoning (oregano, marjoram, thyme, basil, rosemary, sage), salt
After our gluten free pizza crust recipe got rave reviews for, oh, 5 years, we decided that we'd make it even easier for you to make pizza at home.
Lee came up with the name. I'll call it Paleo Pizza Crust, but if you want to make her smile you'll refer to this as:
Long Haired Freaky Pizza Lovers Need Apply Mix
You'll need a few things to complete the dough:
Eggs, water, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil
This makes 2 small or 1 large pizza. Nik will usually eat most of a batch. YMMV.
Are there instructions? Yep, right on the back label. Relax, if you can stir a bowl and knead dough, you can make this pizza. Stir, not smoke. Smoking a bowl is not advised with this pizza, unless you want to eat the whole thing yourself.

First things first: Paleo & Pizza are difficult things to combine and there will always be compromise. Want a Paleo raw steak? No problem.
Want a full-on Paleo Pizza crust? Ain't gonna happen. With that said, this pizza crust mix uses Paleo friendly flours that'll allow you to get your pizza on without the usual disastrous effects of standard pizza mix that's hopped up with gluten, preservatives, and stabilizers.
Is Paleo gluten free? Yes, anything Paleo is also gluten free, so this is definitely a gluten free pizza crust.
What's the pizza dough like? It's not quite as stretchy as gluten filled pizza dough, but it's really easy to work with. The big thing you should be worrying about is the toppings. Trust me, this makes awesome pizza dough.
Add Ons are extra goodies to put in your box, usually paleo snacks but sometimes other supplements that we’ve found in our travels. They’re not Paleo Treats and sometimes they’re not strictly Paleo (some of them use maple syrup to sweeten, or coconut sugar). They’re all delicious and an excellent addition to your paleo food basket. They’re all either custom made for us, or they’re local brands we love.
This is a great way to get a taste of San Diego and support a couple of small businesses while eating clean & healthy.
Our goal is to find the cleanest ingredients where the products still taste really good, then make ‘em available to you. We add to and change what’s in this collection regularly, so keep an eye out for new offerings and if you see something you like don’t let it slip away!
Enjoy all the goodness!
