I just finished up reading through Liz Wolfe's new book, Eat the Yolks, and really dug the straightforward writing.
The conversationalist tone is easy to read and is balanced with enough scientific references to keep you busy if you're a hound for paleo info. Liz has a very practical approach to this thing we call the paleo diet; if you eat it and it works for you, you're probably on the right track.

One of the biggest problems with Paleo for many people is that it takes so much time to eat healthy. Sure, you can duck and dodge that with a few quick 'n easy recipes, but at the end of the day, yes, making healthy (paleo) food does take more time than going through the drive through at MacDonalds. How do you get around that?
